QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:Maintains daily paperwork, such as time and production records. Assists merchandise processors with paperwork, ticketing problems and troubleshooting orders. Develops and monitors statistics pertinent to department productivity and service standards.
